Really a nice KOA. Very clean and roomy restrooms. Lots of activities. An adult pool. Nice gym, but they do charge. They even have a cocktail bar. Not a lot to do in the area.

This is a wonderful park. Everything is well maintained. The restrooms are just like going to a spa, nicely tiled with granite. The water pressure is fantastic. There is no WI-FI here, but you can come to one of the club houses and hook up to high speed internet. The gym is nice with lots of different machines and free weights. We are here in the off season, so we have the place to ourselves. I am sure the prices go up "In Season". There is a special section just for large motorhomes.

This is a county park and very nice. Nice big sites at the end of the channel where all the cruise boats leave, what a show when they go out. Some sites are full hookups, some are only water & electric, the water pressure in the showers needs to be worked on. The bathrooms are very clean and tiled nicely. What is really nice about this park is it's got 24-hour security, very quiet and you are within walking distance of the beach. Too our surprise, it is a PPA so it's a real bargain. We are coming back for the Shuttle launch in November. We would stay here again.

For a PPA this is a real nice resort. Very clean, sites are big and wide, although most of the transient sites are on grass with no pads. The staff was very friendly. The bathrooms were air conditioned and nice and big. Very close to the Daytona Speedway, and not too far from the beach. We would stay here again.

Typical KOA off the freeway: interior roads a real mess, with lots of full timers that don't keep their sites clean, very messy. We were put in the new area down the hill. Sites are very close. The new bathrooms in this area are spacious and clean. They charge you extra for cable TV, Wi-Fi and anything else they can think of. We would not stay here again

This is a typical KOA off the Interstate, very dusty, and we had 4 inches of rain while setting up so the lake in the campground was really nice. I can't fault a site because of the weather though, the bathrooms were clean and air conditioned. The store was well stocked. The laundry room is not large enough for this site. Sites were very tight, but all in all we would stay here again if passing through.

Good overnight stay spot, with very quiet, nice clean bathrooms, shower stalls very large and the water pressure was just fine. I would agree with another reviewer that if it rained hard at all, it would be a mud hole. We had a nice stay and would stay here again if on our way north.

I agree with previous reviews: the sites need to be cleaned up after a couple of uses, too many cigarette butts and just all around loose junk, papers etc. Most places that advertise beach access are usually a drive away, we had a sight that was just off the beach and we loved it. There are a lot of bathrooms and they were very clean. The only drawback is you can only get Wi-Fi at the coffee shop, but when we did need to access the internet the signal was excellent. We would stay here again!

This park in NOT MILITARY ONLY! This is a nice little park leaving Jacksonville. WI-FI & cable were excellent. Short distance drives to area beaches. If you are visiting someone in the military this is a very nice park. The only drawback we could see were the lights in the park are so bright, it was hard to sleep at night unless you closed all your window coverings. The people who ran the park were very nice and accommodating.

This an overnight stay at best. The bathrooms were clean, but very old and dated. This is a working man's trailer park and the owner was very nice. Lots of permanents: but very quiet. We had a nice big place out front by the house, the interior of the park looked very tight. Don't expect any frills, there aren't any, still we felt safe. We would not stay here again just because it is so far off the beaten track and really nothing to see unless you like to go to Augusta to look at a closed golf course.

This place is very clean and the sites are lovely. Very peaceful and quiet in the rural area surrounding Marion. The park does have cable TV not sure why it is listed as not having it. The bathrooms are dated, but very clean. We would stay here again. They do not take credit cards.

This park is really nice, clean with plenty of room between sites. We were very surprised that is is a PPA park. Individual bathrooms with nice shower heads and plenty of room to dress. We got a site that overlooked the river. Park is located very close to the Bristol Speedway. We would stay here again.

A very nice park, close to the river. It has clean restrooms and pool. We enjoyed our stay here over the Labor Day weekend and would come again. In the surrounding town of Townsend, there is a really nice bike trail on both sides of TN 321. It's close to the Great Smoky Mts. National Park. It was very crowded but with such great scenery: it was well worth the trip.

This park is very big with lots of tent campers. Try to get a back-in, the pull throughs are back-to-back hookups and for the price, there is no privacy. They did have a nice presentation on how to use public transportation and sold tickets for both public and private transportation and tours. The park is close enough to DC to drive in on a Saturday or Sunday: (free parking on the weekends) which we did and took our bikes to tour the mall, monuments etc. The park needs a spruce-up. Everything was nice except the shower room floors were filthy: I had to take paper towels with me to clean the floor before taking a shower. I doubt anyone could keep them clean with the volume of people using them. I would suggest at least 2 cleanings a day, or put down the rubber mats that allow the water and dirt to pass through.

This is a good place for a few days. The interior roads are all dirt. The pools were very well maintained and they have a lifeguard on duty. Very quiet at night. Lots of tent camping and seasonals, but all in all ok.

We called in advance, and asked if WIFI was available throughout the park, the answer was yes, however, when you get there it isn't, which is very irritating. The bathrooms were disgusting, very dirty, not enough toilets for the size of the park and the showers were so full of hair and dirt. When a lot of people use the toilets (pressure toilets) they wouldn't even flush because the water pressure is so low. We are in the dog days of summer, division races are hot and heavy, so what does Kamgrounds of America offer on Cable TV????? English Soccer, I mean how exciting is that. That aside though, when you ask the "teenagers" at the front desk a question, they get the "deer in the headlight look, and they have smart remarks. Our site was nice, but on Saturday night, site R10 had at least 10 cars visiting and took the whole space where rv's need to turn around. This is the 1st place we have been where that many cars were allowed to visit. The poor guy who came in late,(the front desk sent them to the wrong site) had a devil of a time turning around. Was anyone in control? We will not stay here again even though we hold a KOA VIP card.

This is an ok park for an overnight stay, pull through & back-in sites were crowned, had to use all our levelers. Bathrooms clean, but dated. We assumed they were closing since the deck chairs & tables were filthy with tons of leaves on the deck deck, boats were full of water after a rain 1 week prior. I still don't understand why these parks advertise Wi-Fi when it is only available at the office. The surrounding national park and town were just beautiful.

We don't get why everyone loves this place: if you like drunk people with small children, driving those annoying golf carts by your campsite every 30 seconds or so, then this is the place for you. Don't get me wrong, the place is well maintained, very clean, but not quiet at night, the seasonals were up until all hours with amplified music. Do not pay for the premium sites as they really aren't worth the extra money and they are all on the golf cart racing circuit. The showers, although clean have the strangest setup on the handles, you need to find the hot water, then wrap the cord around the shower nozzle so it stays on.

There are nice big sites, some activities, very quiet at night. The only drawback to this RV park is the showers, bathrooms & game room are not air conditioned, it was so hot and humid. We asked and they told us it was too expensive to run! We would stay here again.

Pricey for the space we got, we told the person that we had a 34 ft, 5th wheel yet they chose to put it in a site that was way too tight, the recent rains had the place saturated with water ankle deep so when we tried to back in we had to use the lawns of the seasonals, very messy. As with any park with seasonals, they are very snooty and don't like over nighters coming in. The owners were very nice and can't be faulted for the weather, however, they knew we had a huge truck and a 5th wheel, so don't try to make money if you don't have the space. Also, what is weird, they held our reservation with our debit card, but when we arrive, they would only take cash. The sight was very clean, but you couldn't walk to the showers or restrooms because the rains had saturated the ground. I hate having to push the shower on every 60 seconds, put a timer for about 6 minutes. The site did provide a parking permit for parking at Kennebukport beach, which I though was very nice. We might stay here again, but they need to have bigger sights, pull throughs etc for the traveling crowd and they need to educate the seasonals that we aren't the bad guys, so giving us the evil eye when we pull in isn't the right thing to do.

Really nice park, gravel on the pull throughs with a nice lawn area. Wide sites all around except the sites close to the ocean are very tight, some people had their awnings touch, plus these are very expensive. Very clean, people were nice, not too far from Bar Harbor without all the traffic problems. We would stay here again.

Nice campground, didn't hear any road noise at night, but during the day there is some. We had a nice big pull through. Lots of amenities. The WiFi was even available at our site. We would stay here again although some of the seasonal sights need a clean. Be very careful when exiting this park on 28 South, the speed posted is 55 but they scream up that road, there is no ramp up lane. We would stay here again.

This place is huge, if you have kids this is the place for you. Lots of activities & amenities. Thankfully we were put out back, where there weren't so many kids. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is one of the worst systems we have encountered, the lady at the help desk said they need to reboot the system about 5-6 times a day, plus the antennas in the back of the park are on 3 ft. poles covered by trees. You can go to the Adult Loft and log in, but quite a hike from the back. The spaces are really big and for a park of this size, it was really quiet at night. Knowing what we know now, we would stay again and ask for a specific area.

This park is very nice and clean, the showers were new with lots of hot water and pressure. We made reservations for the only pull through with power, (30 amp) by phone and didn't even need to put a deposit down. The staff is very helpful and courteous, but not real savvy on RV's. Be careful, the pull through can only accommodate a 5th wheel with slides of about 25 ft. Ours is 33 ft, so it was a tight fit. The tent sites are very large and secluded.

Very Pricey for not having WiFi at your site, we needed to go to the office everyday. The sites for transients were very close, our neighbors were very loud every night with the loud music, of course everyone else was really quiet, just my luck to get them as neighbors. While we were there, the sight had a great party and invited everyone to join, so that was nice. The showers were clean with lots of water pressure. We did not use the Senior pool although it was heated, it was very dirty, we used the community pool which wasn't heated, but with the hot weather it was very refreshing. The young lady in the office on Sat & Sun was really friendly and helpful with local events and directions. The rest of the staff was very friendly and nice, It's really too bad they did not have room for us for 10 days or we would have stayed, although we would have asked to moved away from our neighbor. We would stay here again.

Nice surprise, paved roads, very clean & quiet. Sites were very big and lots of grass, you can even use your carpets if you remove them at night and if you are gone during the day. The WIFI was very strong. The showers were clean AND and the water was HOT, lots of water pressure. We were on our way to Canada to visit friends, will stay longer on our return.

We were very surprised at this KOA, very clean, big grassy pull throughs, quiet, no seasonals. The new owners were very friendly, helpful and are working on getting cable to the sites. The WI-FI is good, although a little slow at times, but that could be the ISP provider. We visited Cooperstown and the surrounding areas. We will stay here again.

This park was way too expensive. The park was nice, really big, we were able to get a nice spot with no road noise. The staff helped us get a tour where they picked you up at the site. I would recommend this as parking at the Falls is a nightmare.

This park is right on Lake Ontario, we got a spot with a lake view, and it was gorgeous. Nice clean restrooms and showers. We could not get the WI-FI at our site, had to use the clubhouse close to us, which wasn't a real problem. Getting WI-FI in the North has been a hit and miss situation. There are lots of flying insects, they don't bite or buzz, more like swarms of gnats (could be the season). We would stay here again.

This is the kind of adult park that we like, small, very clean, the pull through sites are long with plenty of outdoor space. Landscaping is just beautiful, bonfires on Saturday night usually with a pot luck. If you have Verizon wireless, you will not get a signal here. While there we had to take our truck in for warranty work, the owner offered to loan us her car, and let us use her phone when speaking with the dealership. We will be back.

Showers not clean, lots of hair everywhere. Bathrooms very clean. Trim up the shower curtain, and the water wasn't hot at all. WIFI was excellent, as was the cable tv. Owner very nice, I would suggest that they use walkie talkies instead of a PA system. We would stay here again.

This place is horrendous. The bathrooms were disgusting. Even though you got a break here with Pass Port America, this place gave us the creeps. If the place was crowded, you would not be able to back in, the pull throughs would accommodate the smallest of rigs, perhaps 24 feet or less. Lots of seasonals and the place was not kept up at all. Overnight only and that's if you are desperate. We would never stay here again.

We have Passport America and believe me this park is not worth more than the $13 a night we paid. Sites not level. They advertise wi-fi, however the antenna is inside their house with no reception unless you sit at the picnic table by the office. We only stopped here because we had been on the road so long, and we were very tired, we didn't even unhook. The people were nice though, but this place needs a serious cleaning and leveling. Tons of mosquitoes.

This place is right on Rt. 133, expected a lot of road noise, but there wasn't any. Nice Wi-Fi, cable, hot & powerful showers. Owners were real nice, they didn't nickel and dime you for the amenities. Very friendly people. Plenty to do, see & eat. We would stay here again.

This park was a real find. Most KOA's either have a railroad running through it and/or it's next to a major freeway. This park is off the beaten path, very quiet, nice shade trees. The only thing wrong, is that they advertise Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi is very weak, especially in the pull throughs 500, 600 + numbers. I had to hike the hill every day to get a signal, and I have a top of the line notebook and need to work from my 5th wheel. They don't open the office or the laundry room until 9AM which I thought was really late. Everyone was really friendly and we would stay here again, even though we had hike to get a good Wi-Fi signal.

This park was good for overnight only. Very tight if your rig is bigger than our 33 ft. 5th wheel. WIFI was excellent. Not a lot to do, great path around the lake. We explored the surrounding areas and came upon some real beautiful sites and scenery. Very wet, but still early in the season. Mostly permanent trailers in bad shape. Felt safe though and the people were very friendly.

We stayed here on the way to Gettysburg. We viewed their website and they said they had Wi-Fi, however when we got there, the Wi-Fi still hadn't been installed. We could relate since we have been on the receiving end of "waiting for the ISP provider". They are still waiting for the permits from the city for their pool. This place is magnificent, the sites are really big, the bathrooms are immaculate, but quite a hike, although both of us could use the exercise. A lovely place to stay with no freeway noise or trains!!! Be sure to stock up on groceries before you arrive, it is quite a ways to a grocery store. We visited the covered bridges and Flight 93 memorial while were there. The $15 per night is for Passport America; what a steal. We will be back.
